You’ll also notice that if you consistently drink water or tea that your hunger pains are not as severe. WebYou'll only feel really hungry for about 3 or 4 days though. It kind of disappears after that. It is just the beginning that is difficult. After you're a week in, you sometimes still feel hungry but it gets super manageable. Like right now I notice I'm hungry but it's super easy to ignore, which it definitely wasn't before I started out.
