WebJul 1, 2014 · Menu cursor speed is on acid. As the title says, my mouse sensitivity in menus is off the charts, in game it is fine. Moving the mouse 5mm moves the cursor the entire way across the screen, making menus impossible to interact with. I had the same problem in Skyrim but there was an option to change that in the INI files.
