Manjaro provides extensive support for new kernel addition, upgrade, and management of multiple kernels. WebCS:GO Manjaro 230fps, Ubuntu 130fps. That is all. This is likely due to running a more recent version of mesa and/or Vulkan (if CS:GO uses it) than Ubuntu. I got about a 10-25% FPS increase in other games switching from Ubuntu to Manjaro and using Mesa-Git and DXVK. Probably averages to about 15% improved performance.

They lower the graphics waaay down, cap the fps super high (but rock solid) waaay beyond the monitors refresh rates and go wrecking.
